My stay at Hotel Las Palmas had its ups and downs. The room was clean and spacious, but the noise from outside made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast was decent, though it was served a bit late. Overall, the hotel has potential, but some aspects need improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean and spacious, but it felt dark. The high ceilings added to the noise from other rooms, which made it hard to relax.
Service
5.0
While the front desk was strict about check-in requirements, I found their attitude somewhat off-putting. They didn't accept my Colombian ID, which felt a bit discouraging.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was convenient for accessing the city center and nearby shops. Unfortunately, my room faced a busy road, which contributed to the noise issue.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was okay, but the hot chocolate lacked flavor. It was nice, but nothing to write home about.
Facilities
5.0
Although the facilities appeared nice and new, the lack of a rubbish bin in the room was a bit annoying. Overall, I think the hotel could benefit from a few more amenities.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Las Palmas, as it is a stunning hotel with a great blend of traditional and modern design. The location is convenient for exploring the main town square and nearby restaurants. However, I did experience some noise issues from the road and the interior hallways, particularly at night, which made it a bit challenging to get restful sleep.

Rooms

The Standard Double Room was beautifully designed with high ceilings and amazing bed linens, but the noise from the main road was bothersome. I had to deal with some disturbances that affected my comfort.

The staff were excellent and truly accommodating. They helped me change my room when I raised concerns about the noise, which I appreciated greatly.

The facilities were great, including room service and helpful tours/ticket assistance, though I did notice some areas could benefit from a bit more attention to soundproofing.

My stay at Hotel Las Palmas was a mix of highlights and low points. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive, organizing everything I needed during my four nights there. The hotel itself is beautiful and new, with a lovely balcony and a delicious breakfast. However, the noise from the street was a bit disruptive at times, especially if you’re sensitive to sound.

I enjoyed my two-night stay at Hotel Las Palmas. The room was spacious and modern, and the staff was very friendly. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the main plaza. However, I did experience some street noise since my room faced the road, which might be an issue for light sleepers.

7.4/10

I had a mixed experience during my stay at Hotel Las Palmas. The hotel itself is quite nice and new inside, but my comfort was heavily disrupted by street noise all night long. While the spaciousness of the rooms and friendly staff were a plus, I found the sleep deprivation to be a significant downside.

Rooms
5.0
The standard rooms are spacious and clean, but the street noise was unbearable, making it hard to sleep.
Service
6.0
The staff was friendly and helpful, which did improve my experience a bit.
Location
5.0
Unfortunately, the busy street right outside the hotel made for a noisy and inconvenient location.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was decent, but nothing special; the hot chocolate was bland.
Facilities
5.0
Although there seemed to be good facilities, the noise really overshadowed any positive aspects.
